What are the cheapest halibut charters out of Seward, Alaska?
I’ll be going to Anchorage, Alaska June 23rd-29th and I’m planning to be going to go Seward for halibut charter fishing. I’m on a budget, so what is the cheapest charters out of Seward? Also, if there is any place that is closer to Anchorage that fishes for halibut, I would like to know. Thanks!
I can’t tell you the cheapest, but I have seen quite a few boats return with some very nice catches or Halibut in Seward.
Also, Seward is really not that far from Anchorage. I would suggest either contact the chamber of commerce in Seward, and either call them or contact by e-mail for their idea’s on which charter might be best.
From our visits I found that most are around the same price with very little price cutting among dealers.
