Hi andrehamson,
In case you were looking for a SENSIBLE answer to your question as opposed to the utterly nonsensical ‘answer’ from Backwater Charlie, then I’ll do my best to help. Obviously in the United States, they have no desire to fish at night or re-bait any other rods one may have in the water.. Still, I guess, the prospect of having more than the one rod in the water at any one time may be a little challenging for our American friend.
So, both Fox and Delkim are very reputable brands and they both make quality systems. Delkim have got their reputation from the fact that they produce alarms that last for years and years. The only downside to Delkims (in my humble opinion) is that the designs look a little dated. If the look of the alarm is not of any interest to you then go for Delkims, otherwise, if you’d like a great, modern looking device then Fox would be perfect.
I hope that helps.
