If you go on a fishing excursion in Freeport Bahamas, how do you get your catch home?

I would be to go bottom fishing in September. Tour guide said he would clean the fish for me. How can I get meat home? Do they let you check it through customs? How do you keep it fresh? Will they ship from Freeport? Help!? So many questions!

They should have shipping opportunities. Remember that most fishing excursions charge you for the first trip, plus you have to unload each deckhand, pay a certain amount for each pound of fish you catch, plus pay for each pound to be cleaned. Not all of them can be this way but I've gone on a couple of them and they have all been this way.
