Try this site. It lets you search over 150 on line quilt stores at once. I like the search by thumbnail feature because you can preview lots of patterns at once. Some of the fabrics are over your price range, but sometimes you can find sales. If you haven’t looked there already try Walmart or Alco–they both have fabric and it seems like I have seen fish fabric at both places.
