fishing rod case travel

fishing rod case travel
travelling with fishing rods?

I am going to the islands in a few weeks, i wanted to see if anyone knew if i could take my fishing rods without any problems. I bought a case from BassProShops that holds 8 robs. It is a soft zippered case that’s about 7 feet long. My main concern is size, damage and oversize charges… i have seen people bring surf boards and skis which is about the same size, just wanted to see if anyone knew. thanks

They would let you because if you have a case for them and it has to be the original or if it is not and you have another case for it then it is still ok. Trust me I know.
