I want to start composting in the small. I need directions on how to build an under-counter compost out of a small plastic bin using worms and fishing compostables … Is there a website I can get this information from?

We sent away for a box of worms when we set up our bin. We have so many worms. We only put certain things in the trash. No meat or oil, or leftovers. We use only fresh vegetables and fruit peel and pulp type things – things that are a product of our kitchen prep work. Our worms love mango and pineapple skins. But I cut the pineapple into small pieces so it can be digested faster. The table scraps and left over food we put in the city yard clipping recycling bin. When they ask about the restaurant and home kitchen refuse, I believe that the city probably use the chemical composting method.
