Fishing for redfish and black drum?

Ok so I have been fishing off a dock with the bushy lining the edge of the coast, where I've seen plenty of big black drum and red drum goes by, but none of the methods I've tried has worked so far to catch them. There are oyster beds in the area where we have seen them eat, but they will not even recognize it when we cast off oysters. fiddler crabs, finger mullet or Is there something I doing wrong? Use sinkers get our bait wrapped oysters and leads to a lot of lost bait. Is there a problem with seeing the fish we are trying to catch. Perhaps our bait is all too obvious? any suggestions?

Use a cork with a live shrimp … pop the cork two or three times and let the fish find your bait … This method should work for you
