What are the best fall muskie baits?
I fish a creek in Pennsylvania that is loaded with tigers. I’ve caught three so far. What should I try throwing at them during fall? I’ve read that topwater lures are good in autumn but everything I read is about lake fishing or big river muskie fishing. I was sight fishing yesterday and spotted a nice one swimming the shallows but couldn’t get it to hit on anything. Any tips?
Topwater and Live bait.
Nose hooka 8 inch suckerfish or carp and let it swim freely. Best fall bait ever.
As for lures, topwater anythings, big spinnerbaits and cranks.
