fishing waist pack
my purse and I are both on diets! can you help me pack a lunch?
I need to start packing a lunch that is low carb-i sit behind a desk all day long, with a lunch full of carbs will only increase the size of my already large spare tire that has been hanging around my life the last 10 years. I'm not a salad eater, I can not stand mayo or salad. I bascially anti-vegetable. lol I loooove fish and shrimp themselves. I would also like turkey and ham .. but not in those turkey burger thing. lol I desperately need to start packing my lunches just for my wallet alone. I typically spend $ 6 – $ 10 on lunches Hardee, metro, steak n shake etc etc. any suggestions from anyone?? you guys always give the best advice. THANKS!
I sit at a desk for, I put a hem sandwich every day (carl Buddig deli cut) 3.50 a pack and like 20 servings at 6 discs and it has only 1.5 grams of fat as i put mustard on mine. At first I was still hungry, but I got used to it. or you can try my stuffed shell recipe on the link below makes it quick and easy low fat and low carb, and will give you enough for that from reading a while (anti-veggie? omit the spinach, add some cheap meat) I've never tried freezing it but I'm sure it would be fine warms up great in microseconds.
