fly fishing kit

Have conditions must be just right to catch a carp with a fly?
I have thought about fly fishing for carp (Not with a fly-fishing rod and reels, but maybe a spinning rod / reel.) and water should not be too stained or what? What time of year you can do it? All the time. What is a good kit, or a bunch of good flies to carp. I would really love to go when the weather warms up. More than none, all I need is some info on fly fishing for carp. Some of the best flies, the best time, etc. Thanks to all who reply and recommendations you will surely be tried out of me if they are not completely stupid, or do you get a fly rod, which I will not do. I have enough trouble with baitcasters, I do not need a fly rod! (LOL) bassist, most of the water here was I usually catch GOOD quantities of carp is muddy and / or stained. I have a couple of good light-action rods panfish I take if I decide to start fishing for them with a fly.
I've seen them caught on flies was cruising fish in clear, shallow water. splash of a float or weight would probably spook them, but a little jig molded front of feeding fish would work. like fishing for Bonefish on apartments. light spinning gear. address you would use for trout or crappie they would be feeding on crayfish and benthic insects. match your fixtures to them. try a brown woolly worm type lure.
