Where can I fly fish in the Outer Banks? I am staying on the 4 x 4 beaches.?

I would rather fish in the sound than have to charter a boat and go out into the ocean.

There’s some nice back water up around Carolla Lighthouse and a tackle store near there you can look up and call to see if it’s suitable for flyfishing I know you can fly fish there. Whether there’s anything to catch is another matter.
