ice fishing hot spots mn
Everyone is ice fishing on Green Lake near Chisago, MN recently? Will you share any pointers?
I'm just a beginner as far as ice fishing is concerned. This weekend will be my first time. I'm going with some friends who have gone a lot, but all tips are welcome (hot spots, lures to try, etc. ..)
I have fished that lake b4. I would use a blue glow or a red glow lure tipped with a small minnow. Fish in about 18 feet of water around a foot off bottom.If they do not bite try to cut minnow in half and hook head and jig.
