ontario fishing regulations
are there any rules with northern pike in Trent River Canada, Ontario?
and this year 2009 people have been catching northern pike in Trent River so far I've caught 5 small 2 pounders and a nice 8 pounder last weekend but when I caught the 8 pounder I got thinking that maybe there is a regulation / slot size for these monster fish went to my local bait shop and asked and they told me any size, any season, but just can not keep up to 6 pike or something like that, then someone told me not to believe in the bait shop cuz they probably do not really know, haha, so now im looking on the internet but can not find anything on the Trent River between Hasting and Campbell ford (Ontario, Canada) … so if there is something out there can you let me know plz ….
depending on where you go if there is a sign that restrict you then take the limit if no signs, go for it! as many as you can get!
