early afternoon:
mcdonalds quarter pounder with cheese
medium fries
medium coke
llate afternoon:
2 glasses of coke
evening meal:
5 salmon fish fingers from iceland
home mae mash potato
small tea cup of gravy
2 slices of bread
i got up at 11:40 and painted the hall and stairway all day
tbh what you ate was total rubbish , if you want to eat rubbish then go ahead but if you want to loose weight and go healthy try cutting out the mcdonalds and coke
