St. Petersberg, Florida sea fishing? NEED HELP!?
I can go down to my condo in Florida in July. It is about the middle of Florida on the Gulf Coast on the beach. I will try to do some fishing. I have my rod and reel. Should I try surf fishing or go under a bridge or take on a finger? Or have them all or just some? What finger is the best on the west side of Florida on the Gulf Coast IN ST Petersberg. what will give me the best chance of catching any fish? What bait should I use if I surf fish? finger? bridge? what rich? I need to know everything! what time it is best to fish? What type of fish will I be catching? I need to know everything! Im new to this saltwater fishing. Thanks!
I live in st pete area so well and I love to fish either on the skyway pier or fort they Sota finger both is nice. I use either all shrimp or squid, I think u get bite with both of these if u want an experience to go to Johns pass under the bridge and either use fake bait cuz there seems to be a lot of Snook underneath there, but pay attention cuz tide is pretty bad and rocks are a problem. if u take the boat out in evidence yesterday just around the skyway bridge area and I would take it out later at night (this is what my uncle does and catch some big ole Snook and such). just about everywhere down here in st pete / Tampa Bay area ur gonna have fun and ur gonna get bid believe me
