Am I missing anything?
Basically I’m going to be living next to a lake, already found the spot and I have found someone to drive me to the location from the bus station.
I have packed with me the following:
$1700 cash in case I require something in an emergency situation
2 axes + sharpener
1 wood splitting edge
2 cast iron skillets
2 manual saws
2 fishing rods
1000 feet of fishing line
plenty of warm clothing
tooth paste/brushes (10 tubes, 10 brushes)
toilet paper
first aid kit
pictures of loved ones
paper to write notes
mp3 player and batteries (200 batteries)
solar powered watch
compass and map
pocket scope
waterproof matches
lighters
vegetable oil
2 pairs of winter boots
1 pair of rubber boots
1 tent + 2 tarps
300 feet of rope
25 cans of beans
3 hunting knifes
2 utility knives
hats and gloves
towels
2 sleeping bags
1 pillow
2 water jugs
Does anyone suggest anything else?
A bucket, pain relievers, cold meds, something for diarrhea, a dog, eating utensils, a spatula or large spoon for cooking, foil, soap, a sewing kit, more canned food, ramen noodles, jerky, salt and pepper, potatoes, rags, camera, flare gun, gun, and a deck of cards (to play solitaire). Be safe, good luck, and have fun!
